Cambridge Festival

March 16th, 2024 - Today, my team and I had the pleasure of representing CIMR at the Biomedical Campus Day, held at the Cambridge Academy for Science & Technology. It was an inspiring event dedicated to fostering public engagement with science, and we were thrilled to contribute. Our activities were a hit, especially among kids and science enthusiasts, as we introduced them to the fascinating world of neuroscience. We set up hands-on demonstrations on microscopy and explained the role of neurotransmitters in the brain, sparking curiosity and excitement. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and share our passion for science!
